Team News: Arsenal's Line-Up Changes for the League Cup Semi-Final
Arsenal's manager, Renée Slegers, has made five strategic substitutions to the starting line-up for tonight's Subway Women's League Cup semi-final against Manchester United. The match is set to take place at the Mangata Developments Stadium in Borehamwood, kicking off at 7 pm.
Following their 2-0 victory over Aston Villa in the fourth round of the Adobe Women's FA Cup on Sunday, Taylor Hinds, Laia Codina, Victoria Pelova, Frida Maanum, and Caitlin Foord have been called up to the starting eleven. They replace Emily Fox, Steph Catley, Kim Little, Beth Mead, and Stina Blackstenius.
Anneke Borbe remains in goal, with Daphne van Domselaar returning to the bench. Lotte Wubben-Moy and Katie McCabe also keep their places in the defense. In midfield, Mariona Caldentey partners with Pelova, and Maanum's inclusion could push Alessia Russo further forward, with Olivia Smith and Foord on the wings.
